Our Recharge session is perfect if you just can’t choose between a full body massage and reflexology and know that you really need both, this is your ideal treat! This treatment lets you choose between a soothing clinical aromatherapy massage, using a carefully selected blend of essential oils just for you; the chance to give your lymphatic system a boost with a gentle but highly effective lymphatic drainage massage; the height of relaxation and stress relief (as well as easing out those areas of tension in a pain-free way!) with a hot stone massage; or a specialised pregnancy massage which is beneficial to both mum and baby. And to let you drift away into a zen-like state, your treatment concludes with a full reflexology treatment using a range of advanced techniques to create a completely bespoke treatment for you.
Or our Relax package is perfect for easing stress and anxiety and will leave you floating your way home. It is our ‘tip to toe’ reflexology experience, using organic facial oils to nourish your skin while simultaneously giving you a totally calming facial reflexology treatment and scalp massage. Ideal for calming an overactive mind. Once you have fully relaxed, we then continue with a full foot reflexology treatment using a range of advanced techniques, leaving you feeling grounded and rebalanced.

Rebalance or Restore?
Your Rebalance experience comprises our top trio of truly rebalancing therapies.
Beginning with a seated Indian Head Massage to ease any tension you may be holding in your upper back, neck and shoulders and to ground and calm you, you will then experience a Hopi Ear candle treatment which helps to alleviate any congestion in your head, ears and sinuses and leaves you feeling clearer and concludes with a facial reflexology treatment using a range of organic facial products to leave you feeling totally rebalanced.

For the Mum-to-Be In Your Life
Treat both mum-to-be and her bump with our Total Bump Bliss gift package which offers everything needed to feel relaxed, rebalanced and restored. We work individually with the lovely mum-to-be to design a bespoke plan just for them. They can choose six treatment sessions in total, whatever they feel would bring a sense of relaxation and wellbeing during their pregnancy. Treatments to choose from include pregnancy massage and maternity reflexology. Or they can learn all about Gentle Touch reflexology so they can learn ways to help their bundle of joy as soon as they arrive. This package can be enjoyed between day one of pregnancy and whenever that precious bundle of joy arrives!

For The New Mum In Your Life
Our New Mum Rebalance gift package is a perfect treat for a new Mum who is adjusting to everything motherhood brings, physically and emotionally. It will give her precious time to relax, help her body to gently return to its pre-pregnancy state and ease any discomfort she may be feeling. It can also help little one if they are having trouble settling, feeding or sleeping.
We work individually with Mum and Baby to design a bespoke plan just for them, with four treatment sessions in total. To give you some idea of what the gift would include, here’s an example of a personalised New Mum Rebalance plan:
